Sherrill House Announces New Concierge Services

Our concierge is responsible for the expedient and customer service oriented flow of residents, family members, visitors, and guests throughout the facility. Located in the main lobby, maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor, our concierge will be the first person to greet you and welcome you to Sherrill House and the last person to wish you a nice day as you depart. The concierge will also ensure that all of your personal needs are met during the time you are waiting in the lobby by offering you refreshments, directing you to the rest room, or contacting a taxi service for your transportation.
